The mixer handles up to approximately 7.5L/15 lb of meat per batch for preparing sausage filling, burger meat, patties, meatballs, and other meat mixtures. Actual capacity may vary depending on the size, density, and added ingredients.

The fixed tank has a total volume of 10L, providing enough room for meat, seasonings, sauces, and liquids to move during mixing. Its stainless steel interior offers a smooth surface for food preparation and cleaning.

The integrated gearbox transfers movement from the hand crank to the mixing shaft for controlled manual operation. Rotate the handle to combine ground meat with seasonings, water, sauces, and other ingredients more consistently.

The stainless steel paddle assembly moves ingredients throughout the tank to help distribute seasonings and liquids evenly. The paddle can be removed after use for easier access to the tank and mixing components.

The stainless steel tank, frame, mixing shaft, paddle, and included lid provide corrosion resistance and durability for repeated food preparation. The lid helps keep ingredients covered during mixing and preparation.

The feet provide up to 25 mm of adjustment, allowing the mixer to be leveled on different work surfaces. Non-slip pads help reduce movement and protect the countertop during operation.
